Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Valentis order. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valentiscosmetics.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Between 30 days and 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a full refund. These rights are in addition to our standard returns policy and are provided under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
