Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Valentis order. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valentiscosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Between 30 days and 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement — and if that fails, a full refund. These rights are in addition to our standard returns policy and are provided under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
